Bringing the concept of Crude & The Oppidan Life into Galactic Horizon's new office

The design takes inspiration from the idea of Crude—a celebration of the raw, natural essence expressed through the use of unfinished textures and organic materials woven throughout the space. These raw elements ground the office in authenticity and honesty.

To complement this rugged foundation, a counterbalance was essential. This is where Oppidan—meaning “of the modern city”—comes into play. It introduces order, sophistication, and an urban sensibility to the design. This balance is achieved through thoughtful space planning guided by spatial hierarchy, materiality that blends rough with refined finishes, and a curated color palette that marries neutral tones with vibrant accents.

The result is a workplace that feels both grounded and progressive: raw in character yet polished in execution, reflecting the duality of Crude & The Oppidan Life.
