Modern farmhouses make use of clean lines, a more neutral colour palette, with modern finishes. This house is designed for a family of 3 generations, it is designed with exposed beams design, modern wood flooring, shiplap panelling, stone walls and their flavour blue colour as the accent colour of the house.
Welcomed by a modern farmhouse foyer, a bit of vintage farmhouse flair is added to the entry floor. Not forgetting the feature of the living room with a mix of natural stone and a large, comfortable seating area, perfect for cosying up with loved ones for family. Charming black and white chessboard tiles and blue cabinetry are designed for their farmhouse kitchen. An open yard with plants and greenery which adds to its lived-in! Welcoming the family members after a long day of work and school. For both comfort and functionality, the family hall can be multi-function for daytime sun room and nighttime movie purposes.
General life has become so chaotic in the past few years, creating something simpler, more practical and functional and yet something that won’t feel dated anytime soon is the aesthetic that lends their tastes to be the dream house now.
