The design concept of rehabilitating the 30 years old audit firm (J.S. Heng Group) currently managed by the second generation focus on creating a vibrant, conducive and interactive work environment for the company. The reconfigured space planning works well in introducing natural daylight into the work space (initially insufficient daylight penetration). The sense of dynamism in the workplace and the feeling of energy reflected throughout from ground plane to ceiling by using vibrant hues combination, materials and finishes.
Upon arrival, a striking spray painted glass backdrop in their corporate colour featuring the company’s logo backing the dynamically shaped reception presenting a refreshing yet professional impression for visitors. Besides, there is ample space of cabinetry provided to allow maximum storage for their usage which also blended in cohesively with the design. A highly visible glass enclosed room provides a proper discussion space at the same time granting adequate privacy for clients.
Breaking the usual rules, the colour palette of the director’s room is at the sleek and chic side providing a highly spirited ambience without compromising the established look. The communal table with a dazzling splash of burnt orange table top and terrazzo cladded support serves as a social interactive platform for everyone as well.
