To craft a luscious space, the original flooring are replaced with brand new large format tiles & parquet flooring. The magnificent bookmatch Carrara marble pattern tiles welcomes the occupants upon entering thus achieving a luxe and extensive interior space. The colour palette of the fit outs are all in nude & white colour to further enhance the spaciousness whereas the bi-fold glass door opens up to allow the million dollar wide ranging golf course view that further enhance the spatial quality of the home.
Entering the living area, a genuine slab of grey Vienna marble by the TV wall complimented by a white fluted TV console elevate the living hall with a hint of luxe. The L-shape screen by the console also adds depth to the space and creating subtle and sophisticated lighting effect to the space. Bronze mirror are cladded along the dining and the hallway bringing the chic element and making the space more voluminous at the same time. The herringbone teak parquet flooring in the master bedroom with the curved bedhead complimented by the curvature of all the other carpentry like the elongated dresser table across the room and the jewellery island. The mirror pocket door separating the walk in wardrobe and bathroom from the bedroom reflects the exterior view into the room as well so that the occupant can enjoy the view at all angles.
