This project focuses on optimizing the pastry shop’s layout by resolving issues with circulation and flow. The design introduces a single-path circulation, guiding customers from entry to checkout in a smooth loop. Along the way, they can browse, select their bread, and make a purchase with ease.
A key feature is the open kitchen, where the bread-making process is visible to customers, creating an engaging, interactive experience that connects them with the craft of baking. This enhances transparency and elevates the overall atmosphere.
The shop’s layout is divided into two areas: self-service on the left and staff service on the right, streamlining operations and catering to customer preferences.
The color palette of grey, black, concrete, and wood tones reflects a light artistic industrial style, balancing raw materials with warmth to create an inviting yet modern environment.
