As the restaurant's name suggests, "Tang Yu" aims to provide guests with the experience of dining like ancient nobility. By blending modern aesthetics, it creates a dining environment that feels like a work of art.
The concept is to blend legendary tales story, including the famous figure "Sun Wukong". We incorporates classic props and element from these mythological stories, such as the Golden-Banded Staff, Nimbus Cloud, and Golden Hoop. This not only adds a sense of wonder that blends the real with the surreal but also pays homage to these timeless classics story.
The entrance features a dark color palette that evokes a cave, leading into a hall that reveals a whole new world. Upon entering the restaurant, warm tones and natural wood textures combine with various metallic elements. The ceiling design, inspired by shimmering water waves, reflects light in a way that creates a poetic, timeless atmosphere. In contrast to the hall's open and luxurious ambiance, the condiment area features more diverse shapes and lines, creating a subtle contrast with other spaces and showcasing meticulous attention to spatial texture.
The restaurant offers both private rooms and semi-open areas, ensuring that the spaces are interconnected while maintaining a sense of intimacy. Thoughtful lighting not only enhances the aristocratic dining experience but also highlights the design's ability to create the perfect ambiance from different angles and lighting conditions.rom different angles and lighting conditions.
