Using grey and black for the home exterior design inspired by the combination of modern and loft house building structures brought this home a new life and became one of the icons of the living area. An open concept connecting the dry kitchen, dining, and living area. To solve the old house's low ceiling problem, we decided to sacrifice first-floor space to make a double-volume ceiling for the living area. The combination between white, black, and cement perfectly matched together to show the modern industrial concept.
Besides, the master bathroom design has a modern feel with an industrial edge by featuring the round freestanding bathtub and gold hardware to add interest. The mix and match of the white subway tiles, black stone tile, and marble flooring keep the room feeling modern yet airy. Plus, the arch window and wall elevate the room's luxury vibe to the next level.
