The project was a contemporary edge on a modern feel. The use of both bolder and more vibrant statements within a neutral overall palette. This direction was to provide clear and present zoning to establish clear areas of lifestyle. The aim was to provide a simple renovation that would be attractive to the greatest number of potential renters. This unit was rented out within 3 week of completion.
