Sky Peak Residences位于新山Setia Tropika。其室内面积约为1056方尺。设计师通过使用利落的设计手法，配合自然现代风格，打通空间的拘束感。入门玄关鞋柜设计为上下悬挂式，也可以用来收纳杂物，中间平台则方便回家时随手放钥匙，也可当成书架使用。柜体向饭厅与厨房之间延伸为小吧台，让人可以在此休闲的看书，喝咖啡或工作，避免了纯走道空间。此外，通过使用木与砖的地面材质，也在不失互动性的前提下，让原本空间感模糊不清的餐厅有了独立性。

而餐厅空间通过使用镜面材质，与吧台后的墙面设计相呼应，使原本动线与机能混杂的餐厅看起来更加的宽阔，也使餐厅在不失坪数的情况下，更有设计感。此外，客厅空间与卧房暗门的设计，及沙发后背景墙的推来式隔板，解决了客厅空间复杂的墙面问题，使客厅的设计一气呵成，简单却又不失变化。

卧房空间主要以休闲舒适的现代风格为主，舍弃了全实墙概念，通过将卧房部分墙面改为玻璃材质，创造无形的隔间，虚化了卧室原本的分离性质。悬挂式的衣柜设计与书桌相结合不仅方便收纳，相较于一般由地面至天花板的衣柜，更能使卧室看起来更加的宽阔，减少了小空间带来的压迫感。

Situated at Setia Tropika Johor Bahru, this 1056 sqft stylish home boasts a modern sleek design with a sense of sophistication, creating a seamless and airy vibe. As we enter the foyer, the hanging shoe compartment is designed as a clutter-free storage space whereas the middle platform is cleverly customised for the homeowners to put down their keys when they get home, or even as a mini bookshelf for casual reads. The conjoined platform served as an extended bar counter towards the dining area , turning it into a cozy spot for a relaxed read, morning coffee or as a quick workstation. Further down, the dining area strikes a harmonious chord with wood and brick textures, turning it into a distinctively welcoming space for guests and diners.

Though not overly ostentatious, the home is flashy in its own way. The ingenious installation of mirror at the dining area integrated well with the bar counter wall, elongating the overall spatial experience with a modern design edge. While the tastefully styled living area wall blends wells with a hidden door entering into the bedroom, the wall also adds tactile interest to the zone, creating an eclectic design which completes the entertainment space.
