TWe rejuvenated this 20-year-old corner semi-detached home, expanding it from 4,000 sqft to 6,450 sqft to create a harmonious living space that reflects each family member’s individuality and lifestyle.
his contemporary living space was designed to embody a sense of calm sophistication while balancing functionality and aesthetic refinement. The open-plan layout highlights clean lines, muted tones, and carefully layered lighting that create a warm yet airy atmosphere.
The focal point of the space is the custom-built TV feature wall, framed with sleek shelving and concealed lighting that enhances both depth and dimension. Minimalist cabinetry with floating elements introduces lightness while maintaining ample storage, ensuring the room remains clutter-free.
Natural textures are subtly woven into the design, from the soft neutral fabric of the modular sofa to the warmth of the ambient lighting and greenery. Large windows invite abundant natural light, complemented by layered curtains that allow flexibility between privacy and openness.
A striking addition to the space is the grand piano, positioned as both a functional instrument and a statement piece, blending artistry with modern living. Together, these design elements create a harmonious environment that encourages relaxation, creativity, and connection.
