A timeless, modern design concept that reflects sophistication and elegance - a preview of The Ashwood experience.

Paramount Property's The Ashwood is a luxurious residential development reserved for the affluent class located in the prestigious U-Thant area of Kuala Lumpur. Previously a car showroom by Weststar Auto, the show gallery must first and foremost offer an experience that exudes class and refinement. This is exhibited through it's expansive layout, with high ceilings and large windows, calculated use of natural materials, and thoughtful space usage. The first step into the show gallery is an experience only separated by the welcoming of a gush of cooling air. The large windows allow for an abundant flow of natural light, with a section adorned by an indoor landscape, it is hardly noticeable that the sky is covered by a ceiling. Nonetheless, a peak upwards, one is greeted with a simple yet elegant lighting feature that keeps the space evenly illuminated.

A unique addition to enhance the space from it's previous design is the stairs to mezzanine and discussion area, decked in repurposed chengal wood that was salvaged from an old Klang warehouse - also transformed into a Paramount Property show gallery. The wooden floors and natural materials add to a notion of a nature-inspired experience, as intended by The Ashwood development.
