Located strategically in center of KL's CBD, this is a complete makeover from the previous restaurant - which now is a new F&B outlet with three different concepts. With 236 pax, the outlet offers 3 different dining experience with a brasserie, bar and a coffee bar. The main approach from the operator is to capture the morning, lunch and night crowd of the fast pace district area.
The brief for this sketch-to-turnkey commercial project was to outfit a 4000 plus sqft space with three different identities that transition between each other seamlessly. The micro-brief for the three different concepts were; Nosh - A european brasserie, Tipple - A contemporary take on 1920s Shanghai inspired bar & Brew - a grunge chic cafe sporting a street inspired coffee bar.
'U' shaped banquettes are used at the back end of Tipple for more intimate bar setting. The same fabric and backrest design is used for continuity.The view of the bar from the Brew end shows-off a more grungy bar base that uses stone slate sheets mounted against acrylic and installed LED strips, revealing its natural grained beauty when turned on.
