This 30-year-old corner building underwent a complete redesign to embrace a modern minimalist concept. The transformation aimed to strip away unnecessary elements while enhancing the core architectural strengths of the property, creating a space that feels open, balanced, and purposeful.
Our team focused on natural light, clean geometry, and a restrained material palette to achieve a calm and contemporary atmosphere.
