A young couple small apartment wanted their dream home to become spacious yet function.
Living: To relocate the existing tv point location to allow bigger sofa for guest visiting.
Foyer: Design a shoe cabinet cum display to enhance whole area look more happening yet functional.
Dining: built in concrete dining table to maximize the usage of table top (partial become kitchen preparation counter) and build in dining settee cum storage to maximize house storage area.
Kitchen: Mirror feature wall beside dining area purpose is to hide ugly fridge at the same time add in mirror into the design is to let the whole living and dining to look more specious. For lady owner can have a full body view before when out.
Master Bedroom: To have bigger wardrobe area designer proposed a walk-in wardrobe come together with dressing table to allow lady owner have a personal space for dressing.
