3 storey Terrace House, Corner lot

The owner requested a building extension which can accommodate a #homelift and required a direct access to the car porch at ground floor. A family/outdoor area for hanging out is necessary for their daily lifestyle and to be enjoyable the garden / outside nature at the same time.

Solutions: For the #homelift location, we planned carefully to locate it at the adjacent outside of the existing main bedroom & next to the existing side balcony. While the lift arrived ground floor, the access to the Car Porch is gently sloping down from lift lobby without any step. On upper floor Lift Lobby, we enlarge the area to become a Family Hanging Out space which facing the garden. It's also connected the main bedroom's balcony at the front & the existing side balcony. The window had chosen full height fully openable folding windows complete with safety railing internally and it's combining safety netting panel & clear glass panel which is bringing in natural light & wind.
