Sitting at the heart of Penang, Malaysia, Maison de Reve emerges as a paragon of timeless beauty and modern classic sophistication. Completed in January 2024, this 8,000 sq ft bungalow is meticulously designed by the team at Creteart Design & Construction. Maison de Reve's design philosophy revolves around the duality of timelessness infused with modern classical sensibilities. Taking a leaf out of the grandeur of French mansions, the residence evokes a sense of awe and sophistication, with a touch of simplicity that is enriched by the intricate craftmanship.
This is evident in the meticulously chosen wall panels, cornices, ceiling and dome designs, as well as the inclusion of premium loose furniture and a carefully curated colour palette. The combination of these flourishes define the space, further enhancing the overall ambiance.
The team at Creteart ensured that the spaces showcased a defiant boldness and luxurious extravagance which establishes an incredible statement. A standout feature of Maison de Reve is the spray-painted wall panelling, embellished with decorative cornices and arches, adding depth and grandeur to the residences.
Adorned with the herringbone-patterned white American oak solid wood flooring and white Volakas marble flooring, the residence’s exclusive character is shown. Unique pendant lights introduce a touch of distinctiveness and refinement, integrating the surroundings in perfect harmony presiding over the space with exuberant elegance.
Maison de Rêve masterfully blends visual splendour with cutting-edge amenities to ensure an unparalleled living experience. The bungalow is equipped with a centralised air conditioning system, a centralised vacuum system and an advanced heat pump system, all designed to provide seamless comfort and efficiency.
Adding a touch of modern sophistication, the smart integrated home control for lighting allows residents to effortlessly manage and personalise their home environment, enhancing both convenience and the overall ambiance.
