我们将重点着重于空间规划上，出租屋对比普通的居住屋子会比较不同，有些屋主会将公共区域缩到最小，以便有更多的房间换取更大的利益。但是我们在满足这个条件的同时也确保了公共区域的采光，满足3-5个人的人物走向。

设计风格上，我们采取了轻工业风。木色为空间的主要色调，再者使用深色作为空间的辅色。 木色的大量采用让整体空间呈现温馨和舒适感，深色也让整体的空间调色盘形成了大量的对比。舒服温馨的同时也不会感觉审美疲劳。

This is one of the 𝐋𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 condo units located in Bandar Puteri Puchong. The owner intends to use this unit as a rental house according to the owner's needs. The owner wants the tenants to feel at home in a warm and comfortable environment. The owner approached us, the interior designer, to help with the space planning and overall design.

We focused on the planning of the space. A rental house is different from a normal living house, as some owners reduce the common areas to a minimum to have more rooms for the more significant benefit. However, we have met this condition while ensuring that the communal areas are well-lit and that the human flow of 3-5 people is met.

For the design style, we have adopted a light industrial look. Wood is the dominant color in the space, with darker colors used as a secondary color. The use of a large number of wood colors gives the overall space a warm and cozy feel, while the dark colors also provide a large amount of contrast to the overall palette. It is comfortable and warm without feeling aesthetically tired.
