Hause. 12 reimagines a single-storey corner terrace house through an extension and renovation, inspired by contemporary Japanese timber design. Studio MU; Jin envisioned a residence where minimalism and craftsmanship meet — clean walls balanced by warm timber elements that bring rhythm, intimacy, and calm continuity.
Light and openness reshape the home into a serene living canvas, defined by restraint of form and honesty of material. Currently in the design phase, the project is scheduled for construction in 2026, carrying forward a vision of clarity, warmth, and harmony with light.
