The concept of seasons in the respective floors connects back with Nature and provides a design contrast and
atmosphere between the two spaces whilst in the same theme.
In the Lower Ground floor, a dark winter theme promotes comfort and socialization in an enclosed, safe environment. Sustainable materials like raw concrete and stone, along with hints of wood, create a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a cave. Futuristic design elements enhance energy efficiency and adaptability for a forward-thinking, eco-conscious space.Designing the ground floor with the concept of summer and a modern Zen interior while incorporating sustainable materials like wood and raw stone finishes creates an atmosphere of peace and healing that harmonizes with nature and promotes well-being..By blending sustainable design with futuristic technologies and a strong connection to the changing seasons, this ground floor will provide an atmosphere of tranquility and healing, offering a haven for residents year-round.
