Interior Design & Architectural Project Info

Even from the outside, a picturesque vision of luxury can already be seen, but inside, that feeling is further exacerbated with the design team’s finessed ideas. A spacious and elegant can be found within the walls, underlined with golden accents that completely elevate the home. Walking into the home, the main motif you’ll see are the golden squares and rectangles found in the walls and ceiling.

Featuring an open concept, the living room, bar, and dining room all aligns with each other. The living room features grey tones that make for a comfortable space to lounge in. The golden details here can be found in the coffee table and TV console, standing out against the other muted tones.

In the bar area, a marble island sits beneath black and gold light fixtures. Instead of greys, black is used here to contrast against the white floors and cabinets in the form of a wall panel and the fridge. Gold detailing can also be spotted on the island underneath the marble surface.

Moving into the dining area, the opulence is further expanded upon with the beautiful chandelier that sits above the circular table. Framing the chandelier are golden details in the ceiling. In fact, these goldframed ceilings can be found even in the bar area. Separating the bar and the kitchen area is also a golden arch.

Behind hidden doors decorated with the same gold detailing from the TV console and the island is the wet kitchen. White and pristine, it has plenty of windows to allow for ample lighting. Once again adhering to the theme, the designers took care to add gold in the handles of each cabinet.

Interestingly, rather than the same chic and gold theme found in the common areas, the bedrooms feature a cosier aesthetic. The designers clearly understand the difference in setting. Of course, this doesn’t mean the bedrooms aren’t designed with the same concept in mind. The gold motifs are still incorporated in places such as the master bedroom’s adjoining walk-in closet. However, warmth has been added to the space in the form of wooden floors.

Clearly, the concept of “gold” has been strong throughout this home. This might sound overbearing to some, but the designers obviously took great care to make sure that was never the case in this home. Despite using golden accents in almost every space of this home, it still appears chic, stylish and subtle in the best way possible.
