Gigi Coffee Diner is an innovative and captivating dining concept that seamlessly merges retro and vintage aesthetics with modern elements. The establishment is characterized by deep blue color highlights and the inviting warmth of plywood fixtures, all accented by an innovative lightbox pelmet design, allowing for customizable ambient lighting, adapting effortlessly from a contemporary coffeehouse to a cozy retro diner.
This concept goes beyond aesthetics by offering an eclectic menu that pairs high-quality coffee blends with gourmet burgers prepared with a contemporary twist. Classic and modern elements coexist harmoniously, creating a visually appealing and balanced space. Classic diner elements, such as checkerboard-tiled flooring, retro counter stools, and deep blue booth cushions, are enhanced by a modern touch.
