The central theme of the design revolves around monochromatic colors, emphasizing minimalism. In response to the owner's wishes and the limited space available, Hooionn Studio has innovatively incorporated an island unit that doubles as a dining table. This design choice optimizes the available space effectively.
To further accommodate the owner's preferences for a separation between dry and wet areas, a dedicated powder area has been integrated, located adjacent to a vanity area just outside the bathroom. This segregation adds both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the living space.
Additionally, the design includes the removal of certain walls to create a divider wall between the bedroom and the dressing area. This alteration not only contributes to a sense of spaciousness but also enhances the minimalist aesthetic. The result is a home that manages to be both minimalistic and generously accommodating, offering a balanced and aesthetically pleasing living environment.
