She has a strong personality, a love for exploration, and values the peace of solitude, reflecting her introverted nature. After carefully studying her personality, lifestyle, and habits, we crafted a concept tailored to her - Eve.

This project redesigns an old house, expanding it from 2 to 3 floors in the Pearl of the Orient. The design reflects her character, combining rugged elements with a sense of zen. To accommodate Malaysia’s humid climate, we incorporated an open ceiling and expansive windows to enhance ventilation. The design also features materials like birch wood, rugged stone pillars, and exposed steel structures, adding a subtle industrial touch.

We envisioned a space where she could unwind and stay productive with her fur kid by her side, knowing she spends most of her time here working from home.

To promote well-being and focus, we maximized natural light and emphasized the outdoor view, incorporating lush greenery for a biophilic touch, which is known to reduce stress and enhance creativity. The layout is open yet cozy, featuring multifunctional furniture and a pet-friendly nook, creating a balanced environment for both work and relaxation.
