This project involved major hacking and M&E works to demolish existing store room & toilet, and made it spacious for kitchen area. Besides, required to hack second floor toilet & fitting area to enhance space designing. Changed all new wall & floor tiles including living area floor tiles with 5'X10' imported italy floor tiles. All feature walls required to use rare or higher grade marble to enhance its appearance to look class & grand. Customized built-in furniture with higher grade selected lamination to the entire unit including car porch, living area, dining area, kitchen area, back yard, toilets, and all bedrooms. (*Photos shown without bedrooms due to privacy concern). The whole project took about 3 months including M&E and carpentry works for this 3 storeys landed house.
