Interior Design Project Info
This is 4th show unit that we did for Diamond city project located at Semenyih, the developer is Mayland and Country garden JV.
The exterior of the bungalow is base on Spanish villa design seating on a beautiful landscape.
Due to the original architecture layout of the house, the house feel very small even though it is a bungalow, we have redesign and layout to shorten the dining wall, and conceal a shoes cabinet at the foyer. Also redo the master bath room and the walk in closet space.
The Interior design is base on modern classic concept with white and grey tone. our challenge is to make the house feel bigger and target of local buyers instead of China buyers. After the completion of the show units, the developer managed to sell the balance stock of the bungalow.
