Detached bungalow located at Desa Tebrau@Precint 12 has a 60'x130' large area. So that we decided to build a swimming pool at the left hand side and a fishing pond at right hand side. The interior style is black gold noble modern style. Living Hall 1 provide a leisure reception function and Living Hall 2 provide a relaxing space to promote parent-child relationship. Master bedroom space planning separated study area, display area, living room and walk-in wardrobe. Second floor provide a luxury indoor lounge. Spacious open air outdoor lounge is suitable whether it is a barbecue party or a leisure area.
