Interior Design & Architectural Project Info
Dale, Lake Fields is a semi-detached house, located in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. The concept of this project is modern contemporary. Living room is arguably the most important room in the house when it comes to designing so the use of a sophisticated color is mainly neutrals, black, and white to look more sleek and freshness. The centerpieces of this house is the double volume ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, designed to let natural light cascade in. We designed an open shelving for the homeowner as they like to display decorative items. The furniture pieces, we play with neutral-toned upholstery to make space look minimal yet warm. Moreover, there is a feature wall with the design of using marble, wood and black grove line in dining area. Besides, we also place a wall light to illuminate the area. The wall light is the focal point in dining area as it can enhanced visual comfort. Come to the kitchen design, we play with the color of black and neutrals elements such as marble and wood to match with the design in living and dining area. Homeowner spend a huge amount of time in their kitchen each and every day, so we maximize the storage capabilities and ensuring every item has its own place. For master bedroom we design a bedhead with cushion, mirror and gold grove line to create a cozy environment for the homeowner to rest. Walk in wardrobe we also maximize the storage to ensure every clothes could keep in the wardrobe. Lastly, we fully utilize the spacing in the house and manage to provide our professional advice and services to our homeowner to make sure them are happy with our design and have a house that feels like home.
