Exposed Services: Electrical wiring is intentionally left visible, neatly tied and arranged as part of the design language, celebrating function as form.

Interior Palette: The overall interior is finished in light grey tones, enhancing the raw concrete feel, while a bold blue sofa introduces a modern accent and comfort against the minimal backdrop.

Bathroom Design: Plumbing runs through exposed copper piping, creating a striking industrial feature. The walls are finished in cement render, emphasizing texture and authenticity.
