With a sleek and stylish theme, the world's first Coway Customer Experience Centre was designed to serve as an experiential and immersive digital showroom while complementing Coway's core idea.

The main theme of the centre revolves around purity and natural elements in order to unite and further emphasise Coway's philosophy of living pure together. To correspond to the idea of clean water and air, the colour scheme is mainly white and blue. Together with the curved designs, it represents fluidity. In the water care section, we introduce the notion of "Tree," as water is the "Tree of Life," the source of all life. Besides, the centre emphasises not only visibility but also other senses to provide visitors with a comprehensive experience, while increasing Coway's engagement with visitors. Multiple digital touchpoints, such as quizzes, digital photo galleries and valuable tips, are presented on the walls, allowing visitors to browse around the information in a neat and spacious environment.

Featuring a natural colour palette, custom designs and features, the centre will offer you a journey into a unique and informative experience.
