A client requested a major renovation of Lot G51 at Mitsui Outlet Park. The client provided a budget and requested that the renovation follow the standard default display rack wood panel and steel color. Custom-built carpentry was to be designed to serve as display racks and strictly adhere to the budget. Thanks to the seamless collaboration between the designer, steel, and carpentry teams, the space was completed within the given timeline and budget.
