Chup! ...the name implies the personality of the cafe - laid back and fun. The cafe is split to a proper dining room for up to 50 persons and a dining lounge for another 30 persons, where patrons come in after work to unwind over teh tarik while catching up with the recorded English Premier League football programs.
After 10pm, the dining area can be closed down leaving the lounge open for Shaftsbury residents to catch up over drinks and football.
The cafe is colorful with using sofas, plants, coffee tables made of recycled timber palettes, mirror, colors and cushions to soften the otherwise industrial look - grey cement flooring, metal works, bare bricks and raw timber works.
