Nestled in the quiet enclave of Bukit Bayu, Casa Bayu redefines the idea of a private urban retreat — where architecture, craftsmanship, and emotion merge into one harmonious experience.
The double-volume façade introduces balance through strong linearity and layered proportions, softened by the play of natural light at different times of the day. The entrance unfolds into a dramatic yet welcoming foyer, anchored by marble flooring and a bespoke chandelier that draws the eye toward the sculpted staircase — a statement piece that reflects classical artistry within a modern frame.
The ground floor celebrates open living. The formal lounge, dining, and dry kitchen form a continuous social spine accented by textures of stone, bronze, and rich timber. Full-height windows and soft drapery create rhythm between indoor and outdoor views, while the landscaped patio and pool court offer a seamless extension for family gatherings.
The first floor houses intimate retreats — the master suite features a private lounge, grand walk-in wardrobe, and a spa-inspired bathroom, all wrapped in calm neutrals and subtle lighting. Every bedroom carries a unique mood while maintaining continuity through consistent detailing, such as brass lighting, panel moldings, and soft herringbone floors.
Completing the composition is the entertainment room — a dark cocoon of acoustic comfort with a starlit ceiling, offering cinematic ambience at home. Outdoor dining areas and a modern glass pavilion kitchen further echo the design narrative of connection — between people, space, and light.
