This is a house with 5 family members, owner loves to read and doing leisure activities in public hall which it could able to gather all her children, yet it has a problem with the small living area and required to have more storages. We advice and design the space to have many hidden storage with simple lines to simplify entire space, also we incorporate with reflective materials and skeleton design to enlarge its space.
As the space is under 2000 square foot with the requirement to accomodate 5 family members, storages are the challenge to design.
Therefore, both Tv cabinet and Pantry cabinet are designed with hidden compartments by using the repetition of lines to create rynthm and so to maximize the space.
iving Area design color scheme - Pumpkin Yellow wooden
This was a coincident scheme which client had bought a set of pumpkin yellow sofa and merge really well with the wooden laminates.
As Malaysia is a tropical country, curtain is a must to filter the temperature and also to control the access of nature lights.
The main materials are - white paint wall, beech wooden color, black powder caoted metal, grey fabric curtain & pumpkin yellow.
Small pantry & Study bar Table are designed to gather family members. Activities will be held at this public space.
