Terraced Housing façade in Malaysia is increasingly ubiquitous that most buyers are eager to uplift the frontage with bespoke treatment. With the owners’ preference of industrial modern look, CRS injected another eye-catching palette into a monotonous street.
The external walls were carefully scaled, proportioned, and carved into a few components with various materials and tones. To maximize the space, the boxy façade with a front balcony were advised by owner to be optimized in effort to enlarge the internal room.
The ground floor interiors were furnished with warm bricks, dark wood, cement render tones, reflective mirrors, and soft fabrics with a modern industrial theme. The upper floors were detailed with a more soft and lighter tones of materials.
A strong implementation of textures and geometry into all corners implicated a rich and rhythmic ambience to the interior and exterior.
