Before renovation -
This unit was almost completely empty, having been left vacant for many years. As Binjai Residency was a high-end property with its own private lobby, our strategy was to create a place that was classy yet extremely attractive with some showpiece units, while keeping the budget low.
After renovation -
We took around 30 days to complete the apartment, with built-in tv cabinets and headboard for the master bedroom. We also painted the wall in a retro-like theme for the various bedrooms to give it character.
