Third Party Platform is a wholly owned subsidiary of one of Australia’s largest and most successful financial service providers that provide support service to its parent Bell Direct, an award-winning online stock broking firm.

The Employer has decided to relocate their current offices with KL Eco City, as they require to expand their business. This brand new 14,000 sqft office is their first overseas expansion outside of their HeadQuarters in Australia. Stoked Associates are given an opportunity to work with Third Party Platform to design their new office located in KL Eco City, Mercu 3.

The design aesthetic is influenced by the Australian contemporary interior vernacular . The natural timber finishes and earthy tone, complementing the timeless look and feel of the wider workplace. The linear lines across the wall in ceiling, reflecting the idea of the brand’s integrity towards their business and client. Being straightforward and honest. With a perfect rectangle layout with almost no dead corners. We manage to house 140 headcount comfortably, facilitated with a pantry that is convertible to a Townhall Space. That allows users to have their Town Hall meeting with the team in Australia. The main office area was designed to be an open plan that harvested natural sunlight into the space. Keeping the environment bright and fresh. Contrasting with the vibrant orange fabric panel from the workstation with lush greenery, making it cozy for the user. As it has been proven that office plants do help people to increase productivity and replenishing their focus. Last but not least, with an open workspace, huddle rooms and collaboration areas are allocated around the focus area, allowing the user to access in and out swiftly for their formal or informal discussion.
