Inspired by the traditional preparation process of “bakkwa” (肉干), this is the updated version from the original charcoal series. This approach was duplicated onto 5 physical stores at Damen @ USJ, Sunway Pyramid, KK Imago @ Kota Kinabalu, Centre Point Medan - Indonesia & Saigon Centre @ Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam.
