The existing site condition is a challenge, working hours are constrained to 10am - 3pm, holidays are frequently occurred, we managed to deliver by not delaying owner and paying extra rental on their existing rent unit. Cooperate with building maintenance team and manage to save cost for owner. Playing the design with restricted budget and yet deliver with quality material.
