Design Concept: The Floating Core
1. Concept Overview
This concept utilizes a Centrally-Positioned TV Console as a functional anchor to define the home’s spatial flow. Instead of a traditional wall-mounted setup, the TV unit acts as a "floating" partition, subtly separating the Living Area from the Dining or Study Zone. This maintains an open-concept feel while providing a clear visual boundary.
