Interior Design Project Info

VOCAST brings together the many disciplines of recording, mixing, film scoring & post-production. A studio bonded and intertwined to create an everlasting piece that grows over time.

Sound travels through the air made by vibrations. A mixture of soft fabric cushion panels and solid timber strip surfaces is implied within the space to divert and soften the vibrations of sound for a better work environment for a such sound-sensitive career. Angles were also designed and tilted accordingly to the artist's preference, especially when the spaces are enclosed, bass tends to be trapped at corners with 90-degree's angles. Hence, the layout and ceiling design is formed with tilted panels to prevent sound traps.
