Two units were renovated and fully furnished for the rental. The owners requested for a fully equipped ready-for-rental renovation within their projected budget.
The budget also included electronics, lighting, furniture and other such fittings to qualify as a fully furnished unit.
The simple, yet user focused design became reality using quality materials in the carpentry (plywood), and suitable long-lasting materials such as glass acrylic for kitchen cabinet doors. This would mean the home is not just looks, but will also allow for better durability when renting.
