The current ‘in vogue’ cuisine – the omakase. It is where a customer leaves it up to the chef to select and serve seasonal specialties.
Client has chosen a new office tower to locate his restaurant as to target the white collar class customers to experience a balanced combination of historical characteristics and the conception of Japanese food.
Upon fulfilling the Zen(禅) ambient requested by the client, our team features a warm interior design of raw materials like natural stone, timber to augment natural outlooks over Japanese culture.
With the limited area available, client desires to serve the least amount of customer as to provide exquisite dining experience to every customer. Thus, our team emphasizes on the spacious seat arrangement on the public area with only 10 seats available while the 2 private rooms with only 6 seats available for each room.
To divide the spaces without feeling customers' movement is limited, material and finishes are wisely designated. By using pine wood veneer on wooden strips and also pattern perforated timber panel, this allows light to penetrate through while retaining the visual privacy from common spaces to private spaces.
