Nestled in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, the design brief given by the client called for a modern interior refurbishment to an existing modern classic bungalow purchased from a previous owner. The client also requested to maintain as much as its original architecture & façade. Hence, touch of modern tropical design was agreed to co-exist and complement the existing home.

The home featured with 5 bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, formal living, informal living, karaoke area, home theatre, gym, dining, dry and wet kitchen, semi-outdoor lounge, reading room; and last but not least a pool and koi pond at the garden. The interior is generally white washed to keep it neutral and accentuated with carefully chosen quality natural stones, timber and other furnishings. Smart home feature was applied to control various functions of the home including creating different light ambience for different purposes.
