A design proposal for Tim as to build a bungalow from an empty land inherited by his grandparents.
To fully utilize the land, Tim requested to build a stylish yet timeless property to fit this newly weds.
As Tim is a young man, we designed a gathering area shared with the common space for him to gather his friends around during occasions. The area is facing west so that they will have sufficient natural light while not being too hot with shades around.
