Our approach to a courtyard house concept. All the active spaces are designed around the courtyard in the middle creating a private garden for the occupants to enjoy while maintaining the privacy and security for them. The courtyard also act as a vista for the spaces surrounding it and allows for more sunlight to penetrate inside the house
Nowadays you could say that dining area is the core of a home, a place where all family members gather. As a symbolic interpretation of that, we locate the dining area inside the courtyard. This also created that dining in the garden experience everytime the occupants are having a meal
