This is a double storey terrace house over 20 years old .The new owner was a new married couple.They expected to design their house with Modern and Japandi style. however they were a young couple ,but they more concern on wet work part beside the design concept,so we suggested re-wiring and re-plumbing for the whole house ,and we given 2 years warranty on it . Its design by 1 of our designer among of our team .This project is gone to be best space planning with separate functionality to perfectly suit the lifestyle of the family
