After a comprehensive renovation and refurbishment, an old shophouse has been transformed into a modern and vibrant paint retail and showroom called Paint Master.
The refurbishment preserves the building's architectural structure while introducing new looks to it. The redesigned space seamlessly integrates multiple functions, including a consultation area, display sections for different brands of paint, highlighted sections of trending products and materials, and retailing shelves, providing a complete customer experience.
One of the standout features at Paint Master is the skylight that is significantly located in the middle of the shophouse. It has become the focal point of the shophouse, bringing natural light into the interior and creating a connection to nature. The skylight not only serves to brighten the space but also contributes to energy efficiency by reducing the need for artificial lighting. The space beneath it is furnished with tables, chairs, and a tree, improving air quality and creating a chill atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed discussion zone between customers and staff.
