- Is a total redo of the whole unit. The brief is to create a luxury condominium with big budget.
- All flooring, toilets finishes including fittings, room doors & etc.... were removed and replace with high quality finishes.
- Furniture are mainly imported from Italy and custom made.
- Unit is also fitted with smart home system with motorised curtain system.
- Marbles has been used extensively.
- The client has then become our regular customer with another 3 projects.
