Project Location : Tropicana Bay Residence | Bayan Lepas | Penang.

Going into this project we wanted to design a space that is parallel with the client’s personality. We chose a cool sage color to set the tone for the entire space and a warm oak wood color flooring to offset the cool color and create warmth. Soft sheers at the window used as a filter to the abundant natural sunlight that floods into each space of the apartment. Decorative paneling that creates a sense of elegance whilst pairing it with satin brass knobs that provides a touch of richness.

In the master suite is a continuation of the sense of calmness by clearing visual clutter through creating hidden storage throughout the room and a walk-in closet that is showcased by the warm dark wood tone with soft lighting from within the cabinet. The couple has put a special emphasis to make the son’s room a place which he could express himself in physical activity such as a climbing wall and simplified jungle gym.
