Interior Design Project Info
For 22 x 92, our main inspirations came from the availability of the courtyard and for it to be green. Back when we came up with the design concept - green walls and artificial turf are relatively new in the market. Hence our theme is to bring in greens into the unit, first by implementing a fresh and young feel green wall at the Dining Area. Elements of green tone are brought to the Entrance Foyer and Living Area and pinches of brown to reflect the bark and branches of trees. It is also one of our first projects to implement a combined Dry Kitchen counter with the dining table. In our opinion, most of us in Malaysia do not utilize the Dry Kitchen fully and it becomes a redundant space. With a counter attached to the dining table, it makes the island a more user-friendly area and gives it meaning to be present there. In this particular unit, we also brought imagination to another level by enlarging the Living Area by almost double. As mentioned, we shifted and combined the dining table with the Dry Kitchen island. This move at the same time allowed us to create an Entrance Foyer space to make the unit look and feel even more spacious. The Master Bedroom is designed to look grand but in a more contemporary wood way, tasteful among younger crowd. The other two bedrooms are designed to be fun and happy for any age group, be it for family members or guests.
